If the world had a back passage, then Boston, Lincolnshire, England would be it's piles!!!
AND I live here.... BUT I am trying to make cheese.

I am learning slowly the art of cheese making so please be gentle, at present I am trying to master the art of making Cheddar cheese.
I started by making soft cheeses which are no really to my taste, I hope to be able to make British Cheeses well.
