Just finished making my first ever cheese, I decided on feta as my wife loves it and I didn't need much equipment. I used this recipe http://fiascofarm.com/dairy/feta.html (http://fiascofarm.com/dairy/feta.html)

I had to share the news before I start cleaning the kitchen. :D

Good idea because cheese making can be messy. I've only done one feta and it didn't turn out so anxious to do another. Snap a few pictures when your finished with KP.
