Title: Lacto-Fermented Orangina

Orangina

Juice of 12 oranges
2 tsp. sea salt
¼ c whey (strained from plain yogurt)
½ tsp. orange extract
About 1 ¼ quarts filtered water

Place all ingredients in 2, 1 quart mason jars, and stir well. Cover tightly. Leave at room temperature for two days before transferring to the refrigerator.
