Title: I have Thai Raw Milk!

A massive thanks to Kai from Thailand for putting me in touch with the Thai Coop Dairy.
I took a  drive today to the diary its about 50KMs from where I live. I managed to get Raw milk for 25THB ($0.70) per liter which is less than half price of store bought milk. So tomorrow is cheddar day!

Nick now that you have used raw milk, you will be spoilt and not what to use shop bought milk ever again.  The difference in using the two, is like day and night.
Congrats, and enjoy your cheese making.
