Howdy everyone.
I'm originally from the US, but moved to South America a few years ago. There aren't very many different types of cheeses here. So, I decided to start making some of the cheeses I miss for myself, my friends, and maybe to eventually sell.
I just received a big shipment of equipment I couldn't find here and am looking forward to (hopefully) creating better cheeses than I've been able to make so far. :)
