Hello Everyone,
I started making cheese in my kitchen a couple of years ago now and became hooked. I also became a little evangelical about trying to get others to enjoy the experience, so much so that I took over www.HomemadeCheese.org (http://www.homemadecheese.org) at the end of last year and right now (a little before 6 in the morning in Nottingham, UK - I squeeze writing in before my day job) I am working on an article to introduce my readers to this awesome forum.
Is there any advice that you can share for getting the most out of the forum once you've joined?
Great to be a member at last, can't wait to get into cheesy conversations!
Best wishes
Adam.
Greetings from Denmark! :-)
Best advice: Ask about anything and share your knowledge.

Good advice, Danbo.
In addition---learn to use the search engine----you'll probably find everything you're looking for.
Nice cheese site!!
Qdog
Thanks for the warm welcome and the tips Danbo and QDog
It is great to be in the company of so many fellow cheese makers!!
Adam.
I suggest 1) take ample pics of your cheese in positions it's not expecting. Get a shot while it's adjusting itself, etc. You know. Candid. Turn the TV on, say "hey cheese, look, the tv did something spectacular..." - poof, take pic.
2) Post pics.
That's all it takes to do well about these parts, as far as I've seen anyway. Gluck.
Hi Adam
Just visited on your website. It looks great, Informative articles and im really looking forward to listening to the cheesemaker articles
Thx
Hey Pastpawn and Robustini,
Great feedback, thanks for the lovely welcome.
I will try and take candid camera cheese shots and I hope (respectively) you enjoy my predecessors interviews. I intend to restart them again later in the year (between the day job, twin 1 year old boys and tidying up that website ;)).
Best wishes for your cheese making exploits,
Adam.
