Hey everyone, I'm going to do a bit of shameless promotion here.. I work at a store on the west side of Grand Rapids called Siciliano's Market. We specialize in home brewing and wine making but over the past year and a half we have also dove into the world of cheese making. We have a selection of rennets, cultures, cheese cloth, waxes, etc. on hand.
