Hello Everyone,
Just spent the last weekend in a cheese making class given in Quebec near Drumondville. Great course given by a wonderful teacher who really knows her stuff. She gave us a lot of info which you just don't find in books. Her Name is Nancy Meigs from La Sourciere and her classes are given in french and her website is in french only. The cost was $125 for the 2 days which was well worth it. Check her website.
