Hello my cheese buddies,

Today I'm making another cheddar. With the help of my daughter I'm going to video record the process. I will be sure to share it when I'm done.

I was also thinking of doing a live podcast of making a cheese. It might be long and boring to watch but for cheese lovers they might find it interesting. What do you think?
