Title: Sterilizing - Star San Manufactured Product

I'm just starting to use this instead of boiling water for some of my sterilizing. Easier to use especially on counters and such. ;D

Is it supposed to look sudsy? That always throws me. I want to rinse equipment before use when I see that foam! So help  me out. Normal or not?

Yep, completely normal. Works great, and less chance of off tastes than bleach.

Star San is great. According to the makers, the foam itself is as effective a sanitizer as the liquid portion.
