Just wanted to say hi to everyone,, I live in Toronto, Ontario. So far I have a couple of makes under my belt,,, mostly Camembert, and a couple mozzarella. I just have to say how incredible this community is as far as how friendly everyone is and the absolute wealth of knowledge that is shared through this forum.
