Just started making cheese. I made a 1 hr mozzarella and just Tuesday attempted to make a farmhouse cheddar. I can see alot of other types of cheese I want to try. My favorite cheese to eat is blue but there are some many good cheeses.

I am from Brunswick. Anthony here is from Peninsula I think.
Where in Cleveland?
I just remembered that there are at least 16 different Clevelands in the US
I assumed you meant Ohio.
Welcome to the forum from neighboring Michigan.
CBBaron, welcome to the forum, probably Cleveland, Ohio, USA, but here is a nice map and pictures (http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&q=cleveland+qld+australia&um=1&ie=UTF-8&split=0&gl=us) of Cleveland in Queensland, Australia ;D.
Might be Cleveland Tasmania (http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&source=s_q&hl=en&geocode=&q=Cleveland,+Tasmania&sll=54.521281,-1.18412&sspn=0.013176,0.045319&ie=UTF8&ll=-41.818152,147.430515&spn=0.070747,0.181274&t=h&z=13&iwloc=A).
:)
Yes, Cleveland, Ohio. Actually just outside Cleveland in Shaker Heights.
Looks like there are a couple of cheese makers in the area. Great to see the local interest.

Welcome Craig. So how was that first cheese? I am not a fan of the blues but I hear they are tricky.
