Any one know? I have a spray bottle of PC. I don't mind dumping it, but for convenience I'd like to just store for next Camembert.

I've stored mine in the fridge for 2 weeks, maybe a tad longer with no apparent ill effects. I think Iratherfly posted something about it somewhere regarding morges in general.

I asked Pav this some time back, he said if it's just PC and Geo and water, it'll last for years, less time if you have salt or sugar.
