Title: Paneer EPIC failure. Use for leftover milk/citric acid?
Post by: Redutsa on July 25, 2015, 11:37:16 PM
Hi all,

I am new to the forum. I raise goats and make my cheese with fresh raw goat's milk. I have made paneer before but today something went wrong. I added the citric acid, continued to stir...and no curd! Is there anything I can do with this "milk" other than feed it to livestock?

Thanks!
