Cool list of fromage-related trips. I would love to do these.

Here's my  "cheese bucket" list:

Visits to:  Boofer, Kathrin, Sailor, Al, and Paul.  Oh, and amiriliano, Alp, Mal (have to do at least one down under), Jeff, qdog, Kern, Eric, and as Yul Brenner said in "The King and I", etcetera, etcetera, etcetera (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1JHH6iwgIek).  Oh, and one more:  Taylor Swift (who cares if she makes cheese or not 8)).

Now that I think of it I would love to see your shop, John. I already saw Scott's (Qdog) mad scientist cheese lab. Was humbling.

Qdog, Emi failed to say that he secretly video'ed your "basement" and sent it to me.   Very unusual setup; even a bit "Abby Normal" (https://youtu.be/yH97lImrr0Q) >:D >:D?  Seriously if I get to those parts I would like to see Dr. Frankencheeses your set up.

Boofer, Al & I can meet you in Tacoma since it is more or less nearby and central to the three of us.  If memory serves you've spent some there.   8)
