I am new here to look in to tips and tricks, Don't base me on my first wheel of Colby. I am a retired Exec Chef who has found the art of making cheese an incredible hoppy, hoping to take it to the next level. BTW I live in Arizona where there is no humidity .. Any help from fellow people in the dry state would be appreciated

Hi,

The relatively inexpensive trick I'm using for humidity in my fridge is a controller and misting system designed for reptilian vivariums. The controller turns on an aquarium pump that blows air through a water reservoir with an giant sponge like block in it. This humid air is blown into the fridge and the sensor inside the fridge sends the info to the controller. The whole setup cost me about 150$.
