Title: Temperature aware induction cooker
Post by: Schnecken Slayer on April 01, 2016, 02:32:08 PM
Found this on wired.com, it's an induction cooker that you can set either the temperature of the pan or, with a remote sensor, the contents.
A step in the right direction and I would love to try one out.

Doesn't look like it would go to the low temps we use.  Would be cool if it does, and hold a 4 gallon pot.

Spelt?  We spell "spelt" as "spelled" up here in the northern half of the world.   ;)
