Ever since my daughters were born, my cheese making has taken a back seat to parenting. Now that they are a little older and I find I have a touch more time on my hands (when my kids are playing nice together and, you know, not trying to kill each other) then I saw this on kickstarter.

This might be enough to bring me out of retirement. What do you guys think? Worth it? I'd still need to hook up a humidifier but that seems trivial after the install.
