Hi everyone. I'm new to cheese making. I've made several Mozzarella(30 minute) so far and it turns out consistently, pretty well. I've got everything I need to make my first cheddar and just today I built a wooden 4-prong press. I guess I'm lucky in that I get fresh raw cows milk for $2.50 a gal. I also have a source for goat milk but I havn't used that yet.
