So I have been practising making traditional mozzarella, and I hope I finally get the hang of it.
I swear the easiest way to make it is to use kefir.
With the mozzarella then I make burratas too, what a rich and decadent cheese those are! It is our family favourite cheese for now. I like them with tomatoes and basil, simple and quick lunch.
