Title: streptococcus salivarius
Post by: kb on February 06, 2017, 01:08:05 PM
Hi, I am wondering if anyone can confirm the use of Strep salivarius as a dairy culture. Noticed that Strep thermophilus is superior, particularly in Jogurth making. However, I understood that Strep salivarius has been used in the past as well. However, I cannot find any references.

Can you can find it from a supplier? If not, it's a moot point.

thanks! Actually, I do have a supplier but would like to make sure Strep salivarius has been used earlier already.
