Does anyone have any suggestions for purchasing either cheese-making supplies (eg, starter) or small-scale equipment in Calgary Alberta? Thanks, KZ

I just saw this post for the first time - sorry that you did not get a response more quickly.

Most of us wind up buying cheese supplies and equipment on-line. If you do a google search, there are several suppliers in Canada, as I recall. Maybe one of our Canadian members will chime in as well.
