Hi Tea its been a long time, glad to hear you are making cheese again. I'm still making small amounts of cheese mostly the Alpine types but I still love the make process.

Thanks guys. Just making some goats milk halloumi and feta for the moment, as I have been lucky enough to get my hands on that. Usually I have been soaping the milk with honey for a local honey producer that I make soaps for. But at the moment the milk lady has an excess of milk on her hands so that how it started again.
