Title: An embarrassment of Gouda.
Post by: 5ittingduck on April 10, 2017, 12:05:08 AM
I worked hard this spring, and made enough Gouda to last the rest of the year.
There are 50 cheeses here, they average about 650G each (5 litres of milk per cheese). Raw cows milk, mostly Jersey this year.
Hopefully I will have excess this year, aged 12 months or more they will be pretty special.
