It's been a few years since I've posted or made cheese for that matter so thought I'd start at the beginning again.
I've made a few cheeses, mostly sucessful - parmesan, cheddar, maasdam, Caerphilly and some basic farmhouse types.
Because I leave it so long between cheesemaking notions, I always feel like a complete beginner when I start up again and it doesn't help that I can't find my notes to read back. I've ordered some supplies and now I'm just trying to decide which cheese I want to start with this time.....so many to choose from :D
