Title: Brushing a blue?
Post by: Dorchestercheese on June 16, 2017, 03:45:48 PM
Any thought on brushing a blue as it ages to calm the blue mold growth on the rind?  Can i brush it? or am i opening up more opportunity for other beast to grow?

Yes you can brush the rind to knock back the PR. Did you smooth the rind? How old is it?
