Title: Hello from Aurora, CO
Post by: Nosybear on July 08, 2017, 07:58:49 PM
Hi!  I'm a dedicated maker of beer, wine, sourdough bread and as you can guess, cheese.  I've been at it for about a year - the cheese part - and have had some limited successes, the grandkids won't eat cream cheese out of sliver packages any more.  But I have a lot more to learn!  Looking forward to that part.

Sounds like success to me.
Welcome and good luck with your cheesemaking but beware, it's addictive.
