Title: Making buttermilk of LH100

Actually I made it a couple of times before. I got a pretty good looking buttermilk. I got decent cheeses using LH100 buttermilk combined with TA61 buttermilk. But I am not sure if this LH100 buttermilk works properly. That's the question. :o
