I went to a Game of Thrones watch party and decided t bring along some way my nine month babies. I brought a Gouda, a Colby and a Leicester. Leicester was the favorite of the night. The Gouda was a close second but had a really strong flavour. Gouda turned out different than I expected but was still really good.

Where's the pic?
There we go.
For some reason I couldn't post the picture and have it show using mobile.
Good work, and AC4U! The Gouda looks crumbly to me - maybe the pH got too low? That would also make it taste different than a typical Gouda.
The gouda was very crumbly. It's one of the first few cheeses I made and I wasn't able to monitor pH. It still tasted great. It had a gouda flavour, and was much stronger tasting than I expected.
I'm giving away most of my cheese since I'm moving across the country in a week or so; but I might take pieces of these and make a mixed cheese baked mac and cheese; they'd taste super great as little nuggets in something like that.
Great looking cheeses!
Nice! Have a cheese on me.
