Title: Hello from Southern USA
Post by: 4grits on August 25, 2017, 01:51:16 PM
Hi!  I joined this forum to get help with my cheese!  I've been making cheese sporadically for several years (didn't make much when baby was small) and I have had almost as many flops as successes.  I have 4 Jerseys that are mostly grass fed, currently milking two.  I like to make cheese for my household as a way to make use of extra milk!  Love the fresh Jersey milk!

Welcome! With fresh Jersey milk, you are the envy of most of us here on the forum! This is a great place to learn more, share successes, commiserate over flops. And pictures are always welcome, both of cheeses and of cows!

Hi 4grits :) Welcome to the forum :) Lucky you to have access to wonderful raw milk! I'm a grocery-store milk gal unfortunately. I've had hits and misses too but I found so much help here! :)
