Title: Goat Milk Gouda
Post by: nccheesemike on October 03, 2017, 05:16:24 PM
My 3 month 2 gallon recipe Natural Rind Gouda I made using half Raw Goat's Milk and Raw Jersey Cow Milk. Recipe was Gouda Cheese Recipe from Mary Karlin's book. It has a beautiful Goat Milk flavor, creamy texture and moist character. First Goat's Milk Cheese I've made and I will surely make more. I'm very pleased with this outcome

That's exciting. I make almost all my cheeses exclusively from goat milk.  I call my Gouda "Goata"
