Hello fellow cheese makers,

I am about to start making cheese in my larger vat (60l) and I am trying to find some larger moulds but I am finding it hard as everything seems to small on ost of the usual home cheese making sites.

I am looking for a mould for a 6-8kg cheese and some in the 4kg range.

Can anyone offer suggestions on where to buy them

Thanks for the suggestions, unfortunately those mounds are way to small for a  cheese made from 60l of milk.
