Title: Hold On There Rosemary

I would like to turn one of my four new un-pasteurized goat cheeses into Cabra al Romero, but don't want to hold rosemary on with lard. 

I have not used cream coating before, but is there a chance I could use it to "paint" over cut rosemary to help hold the herb against the cheese?
