Title: Floc HELP!!! (ASAP please...)

Here I go on trying Mozz Again. 10 weeks trying and counting, this week trying to get 6 liters to turn out.

Question: I have 6 liters of fresh, same day full cream raw milk. Heated to 92 added 3 tsp C. Acid and 3/4 tsp Rennet at the same time (yes, I forgot to add C.A when cool...)
My floc is now passing 30 mins and no gel.
Do I
1. Wait. multiply the EVENTUAL floc time by 3 or 3.5 and proceed OR
2. Add rennet NOW (like help NOW please)
(Using powdered animal rennet fyi)
Any other details helpful. One of these days I will master the Mozz!!!!

Did you put the rennet into the citric acid?
That might effect the effectiveness of the rennet. I must admit to renneting twice before and thankfully it came out alright.

Yes, I did put them together...

Update: Floc came after 45 minutes. Waited 2.5 hours and then cut 1 in cubes. Have let it sit since then (Well over 12 hours) and will melt it in a hour. Hope it turns out!
