Hi everyone from the Gold Coast, Australia.
So I just received a cheese kit from my wife for Christmas and have already started my cheese collection and plan on adding to it today.
If i knew earlier it was this "easy" equipment wise I might have started years ago.
I'm very much looking forward to the learning curve, learning moments (whoops ;)) and delicious cheeses to come.
