Very new to cheese making. I got started because my favorite German cheesecake is no longer available at the deli I have been frequenting for about 50 years. I decided to make it myself and needed quark. The quark was easy to make and the cheesecake was very close to the original. So now I've caught the bug. I've failed a couple of times at Mozzarella but with the help of this forum, I am getting closer. Looking forward to learning.
