Title: Accidental Freezing During Aging Process - Soft Ripened

Hello! I currently have both soft-ripened and washed-tind cheese in the early stages of mold development and aging. I was transporting them during a move (in wine boxes on racks) and they hit just under 30F overnight during a brief cold snap. Are they screwed or is there a chance they will pull through?
