Hello everybody
Can I find someone who produces cheese and is interested,
to report the process via database.
Is there anyone who works with a database for the cheese process like: process-steper?
Here is a little primitive model! (Start to data structures)
ID | time | step | param I | param II
01 | 05.30h | rawmilk | 60 liters | 6 x 1kg cheese loaf
02 | 05.30h | temp | 29 ° C | input temperature
03 | 05.50h | prestarter | 3 ml | M 0.31 R
04 | 05.50h | prestarter | < 1 ml | IOTA I
06 | 06.45h | rennet | 33°C | target temperature
In December 2016 I started with a small cheese production 25Liter of raw milk per week and today I am with 60 - 120 liters every 14 days.
I know Access, libreoffice (base), Perl-cgi and xml-xslt as a basis in my own studies.
I'm Swiss, 60 years old and live in Passau Germany.
I'm looking forward to good news
Kind regards

Here I have developed a first approach.
More will come in the next few weeks.
Built with LibreOffice Base.

I have had this thought and wondered if anyone else has tried this. Does your system just keep recipes or are you wanting to interconnect it to equipment to provide control?
Hello to halfday
sorry process control I currently have not planned
because I only have a small cheese production.
But I want to give you a little tip, as you efficient get data / information from Google about your question: interconnect data to equipment
See attachments: interconnect_data.png
Enter the following search command at google (Search option: images):
["interconnect" "data" "to equipment"] filetype:png
Enter the following search command at google (Search option: All):
["interconnect" "data" "to equipment"] filetype:pdf
Change the search terms in the square brackets according to your criteria
and check the search results!
Also test with pictures!
filetype: bmp
filetype: svg
filetype: jpg
Also test with text files!
filetype: pdf
filetype: csv
filetype: xml
filetype: xls
Etc.
I hope this helps.
It is my internet elixir

Back to our database process-steper
For now, the data simulation (table format with filter) from my last cheese production!
The data are disassembled for the test data and not binding! They serve only as a test basis!
See attachments:
- Table Filter (simulation_test_steper.png)
- Filter Result for "Text" in column D (result_text_test_steper.png)
- Filter Result for "Liter" in column D (result_liter_test_steper.png)
Search in google with command:
["Excel" "table" "filter"] filetype:pdf
Is also for LibreOffice Calc
Is also for OpenOffice Calc

Now all the bells in your tower should ring
hopeful and best regards
