I'm looking to start doing some cheese making but before I go off and buy cultures. Does anyone know of sites where people can exchange their cultures for other types? Ive been growing mushrooms for years and after buying some just started trading with others and would like to do the same with cheese cultures or even trade mushroom cultures to cheese ones. I imagine other people are doing both as well. I'm assuming they can be propagated in some sort of liquid medium and just sealed in a serum vial like those vials doctors use to dispense flu shots etc. I use them to store my mushroom cultures in. Any suggestions or things I'm not considering?
