Title: Olive oil rubbed

I made a Roasted Hop infused Cheddar.  I mixed some oven roasted hops with olive oil.  I let the cheese dry for 14 days after the last application of hop/oil paste.  When I vacuum sealed the cheese for aging some of the oil dispersed through the bag.  Should I pull the cheese remove the oil and reseal or just let the oil stay in there?
