Hi there!

Very nice to be here amongst familiar cheese lovers, namely Suella and Siann. I feel at home. Us three were shunned from the non cheese lovers society some time ago, and let me tell you, the time we have had without cheese has been like when that man dreamt about the 7 thin cows in the bible. I'm not really up to speed on bible stuff so I hope you know what I mean.

Anybody familiar with Bowland cheese? I'm an addict!

Welcome to the forum Maia. Can't say I ever heard of Bowland cheese before but I will look for it now.

Ohhh you definitely should. It's gorgeous, very creamy, with little bits of apple and raisins throughout. You can pick it up at Asdas! Go get some!

We don't have a Asdas here but I will look for the cheese. I search the net and found several tempting descriptions. May have to come up with a recipe and make my own.
