Opened this today.
It's a very good cheese. BUT, I can't seem to get it the way I want it. Either the flavor is spot on and there are minimal holes, or there are plenty of holes but the flavor isn't quite right.
I guess I'll just have to make another one--Shucky Dern!
Yikes that's a lot of holes! Looks like you could use it as a sponge. Maybe a little too warm in the warming phase?
