Title: Clothbound Chedder
Post by: panamamike on July 06, 2018, 08:21:22 PM
I am in the process of making a Clothbound Chedder with 20lt raw milk. So far it is going good. in the stage of cheering now.
This will be my last cheese for a while. I'll be going back to the U.S. for two weeks in Sept. My wife does not like the smell of the
cheese cave being open so I hope to have a few of the other cheeses vac-packed.
