Title: Hello from Brissy Australia
Post by: aussiechucka on September 07, 2018, 06:25:00 PM
Hello
I brew my own beer, make my own pasta and breads. So why not give cheese a go. Thanks for all the great information so far. Really looking forward making homemade cheese. I made my first 30min mozzarella the other day and I was very happy with the fresh cheese. I saw a video on Queso Oaxaca and thought that would make my wife really happy if I could start making Mexican cheeses and instead of calling me crazy because I like to make too many things she supported the idea. Helps that she is Mexican.
This Sunday I plan to make my first Queso Oaxaca, so I will see how I go.
Thanks
Chucka

Welcome to the forum, and that cheese looks great!  It deserves a cheese! That's probably the one Gavin Webber video that I have not watch yet :)

Welcome on board, Chucka.
Queso Oaxaca is not one that I am familiar with but that one looks great; well worth a cheese from me.
