Hi there, My name is Bob and I'm new to forum's. I'm here to learn more about cheese making. I've made a few cheeses, pretty basic stuff. Currently building a "Sturdy Press"---almost finished. Other hobbies include hydroponics and flying R/C models here in McHenry Illinois.
