Title: Hello from NorCal
Post by: rgreenberg2000 on December 17, 2018, 05:39:06 PM
I tried my hand at making cheese about four years ago, and then life (as it inevitably does) got in the way.  Recently, I've been making bagels at home regularly, which got me thinking that I should make some cream cheese to go with them.  Of course, since I tend to get a bit obsessive about hobbies, I'm already planning out some mold-ripened cheese, hard pressed cheese, etc, etc. :)  Here's that first cheese from 2014:

I'm sure that I'll chime in with some questions, and hopefully some positive results to share!

Thanks to all of you for the great repository of knowledge that exists here!  I look forward to participating!
