Hello, I am new to the forum, though I have visited it several times before. My husband and I live in Zapopan and have lived in Mexico since 2013. I currently have a round of Caerphilly style cheese aging in my refrigerator. I make our yogurt and butter too. I found a good source of raw milk and cream through an organic coop here. Does anyone else live here in Mexico? Cheers, and Happy 2019!
