I've got more cheese pictures to share. I made my first morbier following Mary Karlin's recipe.
It smells wonderful and is super creamy. It's maybe a bit softer than it should be I'm not sure. I like it and that's the primary endpoint, right?
Any comments on the appearance? Does it look right to you guys as well?
