Hi
I finally took the time away from our remodel to get a batch of brie made.
I only had one hiccup, over heating, hope they're not ruined.
Forgot how fun it is to play in the milk. :o

As we used to say in my homebrew club: I'm sure they are totally ruined. Please send them to my house for proper disposal :-)

Was that over heating or overeating. I know the latter can cause hiccups.

My Nikon shutter stoped working (I am very upset)
We wrapped them yesterday and put them in the cave.
So I will post one from my fire.

I love my D90 bought a used one it only had 17000 clicks now I am re learning.

This cheese is just a bit under done I think, yet so much better than the crap we bought from the store 2months ago.
