I haven't been on the forum much but I have still been active in the hobby. Stinky cheeses have been my latest foray and here is a pic of my latest trapist style washed with dark ale.

Fantastic! Does it taste as good as it looks? Should pair well with the stout.

It tastes wonderful and does go great with the stout.
